2. Get with a rockstar lender - There are endless places that want your borrowing business. My list of tried and trusted loan officers is small but mighty. Why? They each deliver the best experience to my clients. I have no room for mediocre services.
3. Start looking - The fun part. I will ask you 500 questions and show you 5 homes for sale. The alternative? Ask 5 questions and show you 500 homes for sale. Not ideal! I will discern what you want/need in a new home and use my extensive network of resources to show you only homes you want to put in offers on. My goal is to get you into your perfect home on your timeline.
4. Submit offer, get selected, open escrow - This is where our expertise shines. We handle escrow in a way that makes it stress free for our clients while making sure you get the best terms possible.
